Before You Switch

• Check the annual discount versus monthly total.
• Confirm whether refunds are prorated if you cancel early.
• Note renewal dates so you don't auto-renew by accident.

Make the Change

1. Go to Billing in your Harvest account.
2. Choose Annual or Yearly and review the new amount.
3. Confirm payment and save the receipt.

Track the New Cycle

• Update the renewal date in Subsfy with an alert 30 days prior.
